How do I delete data without deleting my account?
Delete individual records in The Hoard or request help for specific data.

The Hoard lets you remove specific account data without deleting your full account. You can delete or edit individual vault items, photos, posts, comments, follows, blocks, notification preferences, and profile fields from the relevant app screens.
If you want help deleting a specific type of data, email hello@thehoard.social from the email address on your account and describe what you want removed. Include the item, post, event, message, or profile field if you know it.
When specific data is deleted, we remove the account-linked record and related uploaded media where the product supports that removal. Some copies may be kept only when needed for security, legal, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, dispute, or platform-integrity reasons.
Deleting some data does not delete your login, subscription status, purchase records, or the rest of your vault. To delete the full account and associated account data, use the account deletion page instead.
