How do I delete my account and data?
Delete your The Hoard account from Settings, or request help by email.

The Hoard lets you delete your account directly in the app. Open The Hoard, go to Settings > Account > Delete account, then complete the confirmation step. You can also request deletion by emailing hello@thehoard.social from the email address on your account.
Deleting your account permanently removes your login, profile, vault items, vault photos, posts, comments, reactions, follows, blocks, messages you sent, notifications, push tokens, applications, event RSVPs, wave passes, reports, scanner submissions, and other account-linked records we can identify.
Some records may be kept only when needed for security, legal, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, dispute, or platform-integrity reasons. Hosted event shells or public records that other users rely on may be detached from your account instead of deleted, so they no longer identify you.
Account deletion is processed immediately when the in-app flow succeeds. Backup, log, billing, fraud-prevention, and legal-retention copies may remain for the period required to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce terms, or maintain security.
Before deleting your account, export anything you want to keep from Settings > Account where available. Account deletion cannot be undone.
